1981A $1 A00000100A PCGS-12
Price: $125
Destined for greatness, this note triumphed over the streets and was finally rescued by a sharp-eyed citizen.
This is the 100th note out of 3,500,000,000+ (that’s billion) printed for all of the 1981A $1 Series.
From the distinguished AA block, the 1s representing the Boston District perfectly compliment both the $1 denomination and the A00000100A serial number.
The source of the partial teller stamp is a mystery. The last four letters of the bank name appear as NETT followed by the BA of bank. If anyone can figure out what bank this is from, we’d love to hear from you.
A regal note, that managed to survive in FINE shape.
