Cut from a 1995 $5 Prosperity Sheet, this note represents the 7th note out of only 8888 issued for the 1995 $5 HH block.
As awareness of the scarcity of these notes grows, the appreciation for these low numbers will most likely increase exponentially (I believe that means a lot).
Fact is low numbers are nearly impossible to find on this issue.
