There was no hint of understatement when this Special Issue became available to the collecting community. The introduction stated,” This unique Series 1995 $2 star note from the Federal Reserve of Atlanta is simply revolutionary.”

It certainly honored a revolutionary event, but as for the note itself being ‘revolutionary’, heh, who are we to argue?

Regardless, it does come in a lovely dark blue folder and is a $2 Star Note limited to the Atlanta District.

Finding any type of fancy numbers on these is nearly impossible, so we are pleased that an independent group of patriots has declared it self-evident that the following note is just this side of revolutionary:
