1995 $5 Atlanta Star Note - Special Issue

Sold out a long time ago at the BEP, the serial numbers for this Special Issue appear to have been randomly selected since they range across a broad swatch.
However, it is clear that they are relatively scarce, since the entire Series 1995 star note production for Atlanta consists of a total of only 384,000 notes.
We currently have available the following fancy-type serial numbers, which in the Land of Special Issues are considered quite the exception:
