1928A $1 SC Super Radar/Error T01111110A PCGS-61 PPQ

If there was ever a note with a split personality this is it. Yes, it is a very rare 01111110 Super Radar on an early Silver Certificate. And yes, it is clearly an Error Note that would have never made it out of the BEP facilities had an inspector spotted it.
It appears that our friends at PCGS were not sure what to make of it, and decided to penalize it for its error attributes, but not title it as such. It is clearly superior to any typical PCGS-61 PPQ.
Either way it remains extraordinary and is yours if you act quickly. If it sits for a bit we will likely re-submit it with the commentary that an error note need not necessarily prance down Main Street naked for it to be legitimately recognized.
